If I Could Change the world
If I could change the world, I would make the earth have no natural disasters. There are more and more natural disasters. They make people lose their family and fear to live some places. For example, Sichan earthquake is one of the biggest natural disasters in the world. It killed millions of people and also it destroyed millions of families. Actually, I had a bad experience two years age. In Taiwan, we have a lot of highrisebuildings. I lived on the 13th floor. When the earthquake came, I felt so scared. At that time, my brain didn't work and I didn't know what to do. After that, I usually felt that the ground was shaking every minuter. That was a big nightmare for me. I really don't like nutural disasters, so I wish we had a safe environment on this earth.
The Customer Service
During the past two months, I interviewed a lot of entrepreneurs. From their conversation, I have found three interesting points about customer service.
First of all, let's begin with the customers. No matter if the customers are right or wrong, companies need to be responsible for them. That is how the money comes. They say if you offend a customer it will be tantamout to ten customers. However, some customers are very pick, they can't be satisfied. Also, people say that ten percent of customers' problem are frome themselves.
Second, if you have a store, the service must be good. Everyone likes shopping in a comfortable store. There are servers with good attitude talking to you, introduce products and help you to find the right fit. It makes you feel delighted and willing to pay.
Third, it is high quality. Certainly, nobody wants to buy bad quality and expensive things. A high quality product can be used again and again and customers will tell their family, friends and spread the news far and wide. That is why many people like to buy famous brand's goods.
These three principles are very important. They connect with each other. In the 21st century, we need to tend to customer service.

Tell a Lie
Once upon a time, there was a boy whose name is John. One day, he broke a cup which is his father favorite cup. When his father discovered his favorite cup is broken, John said it is Kathy which the cat's name did. This time appeared a little monster to follow him. Began, the little monster made friend with John and told John to do bad things. John lied to his teacher, he said," My grandmother was sick and I needed to take care of her, so I didn't have time to write homeworks." Also, he borrowed games from his friends, but he didn't return them, because he wanted to keep them.
Little by little, the little monster became to a big rude monster. The big monster has enough power and it began to destroy his hometown. John couldn't believe that the big monster is made from him. He couldn't control the big monster. Even the big monster caught John and wanted to eat him. He felt scare and he was afraid of telling the truth, but he knew no body could kill the big monster only himself.
Therefore, he decided to tell the truth. Suddenly, the big monster immediately became a small one. It was smaller than before. And then the monster was disappear. Everybody clapped to John and forgave his mistakes. He overcame his fear and did a perfect job. After this, John always be honest and a good student.

In High school
Everyone has studied in High School. During the high school, I have changed a lot. They made me more outgoing and confidence.
Before three years ago, I was very shy and reserved and I didn't like to change. Also, I was a little afraid of talking to people because I didn't know how to talk to people. So, I was always queit in school. When my friends and I got toghter, I was always a listening person.
In high school, some of my classmates are funny and some are crazy. They usually did a lot of funny things that I hadn't ever seen. It made me that I wanted to enjoy with them. They held a little singing contest during lunch break time every Fridays, but that's not allowed.
Although I am still a little queit, I am better than before. I know that I shouldn't feel fear just do it. I will find my interest. A lot of people help me to solve problems. To be a confidence person is my goal.
